Corrections and Modifications
This is a hot fix for this release. There are no new features in this release of Workforce Management Database Utility.

WFM Database backup can now be restored when using an Oracle RDBMS, even if WM_LOG_TABLE

Corrections and Modifications
There are no restrictions for this release. There are no new features in this release of Workforce Management Database Utility.
This release also includes the following corrections and modifications:
The WFM Backup-Restore Utility (BRU) now supports backing up WFM databases and WFM ETL databases to (and restoring from) comma-separated values (CSV) file formats. (WFM-22978)
The WFM ETL database script now includes the following database-stored procedures used to enable automated purging of the ETL database:
WFM_PURGE_PROC | The main procedure, used to call all the procedures below, passing a date that is calculated by subtracting a specified number of days from the current date. This procedure is designed to be executed regularly (daily or more often) as a scheduled task. |
WFM_PERF_PURGE_PROC | Used to purge Performance Statistics data older than a given date. |
WFM_SCH_PURGE_PROC | Used to purge Schedule data older than a given date. |
WFM_ADH_PURGE_PROC | Used to purge Adherence data older than a given date. |
WFM_CFG_PURGE_PROC | Used to purge Configuration data (uses no parameters). |
All of these procedures use a second parameter that specifies the maximum number of records to delete in one pass. This parameter is important and should be carefully weighted to prevent overtaxing the database server if there are already millions of records that need purging. It is recommended that you limit the number of records to be deleted in one pass to avoid large transactions and allow the database to purge gradually, during repeated executions of scheduled purging tasks. (WFM-23093)
The maximum size of the Schedule State Group (SSG) history record was increased and can now store even the largest SSG records. Previously, the SSG history record was not stored if the SSG contained hundreds of Activities, resulting in incorrect data in the Historical Adherence Report when WFM used the most recent version of the SSG record instead of the historical record. (WFM-23207)
