New In This ReleaseThis release requires shipping approval from Product Management. Contact your Genesys representative for more information. There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in the initial 7.1 release of the Gplus Adapter for Siebel 7.
Corrections and ModificationsThis release also includes the following corrections and modifications that were made between release 7.0 and the initial 7.1 release: The Activity creation algorithm no longer varies for different channel types. (ER# 67661) |

Known Issues and RecommendationsThis section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product. For the Multimedia Component, Genesys recommends that you use GCN Web version 6.5.502.03 or higher. Avoid using the browser navigation controls, such as Forward, Back, and Refresh, while working with multimedia interactions. Using these controls may cause the GCN page to lose the context. This could, for example, delete the most recent entry. Instead, use Siebel navigation controls. (ER# 67142)
If the time zones on the Siebel server and agent desktop are different, a time zone in an activity could be incorrect. (ER# 98040)
