If you are running Genesys Video Gateway within an internal network, using
Internet Explorer to access the site might bring up the Browser out of
date
page. The reason this happens is because, when IE detects an internal
site, it attempts to load the page as Compatibility mode, and in the user-agent
check the IE version becomes 7.
To work around this issue, you can either disable the Compatibility mode or
add the site to the list of Trusted sites. To disable Compatibility mode, press
F12
, and then in the Browser
mode, ensure that Compatibility
mode is not selected. (GVG-127)
