Allows you to store data in an external RDBMS system.
Data structure is optimized for international content.
Allows you to export knowledge bases into the default language configured for Knowledge Center Server.
This component must be used with the 8.5.000.20 versions of the other components of Genesys Knowledge Center.
This release includes the following correction and modification:
When downloading an attachment from a document, the original name of the attachment is now returned. Previously, the original name was not returned. (GK-1383)

The Windows service is not automatically installed during the installation of
the Windows IP. To install the Windows service, start server.bat
with these parameters: server.bat install
